Order process

1. Email us using our get in touch form on our website with all items you are wanting providing as many details as possible. This can include dimensions, wood type, colour and photos can be emailed separately.

2. We will respond within a few days and determine if we need further information for a quote.

3. Book an appointment with us should you want to see wood types or secure your deposit if you are ready to place an order.

4. Secure a date in our calendar with a 50% deposit payable by e-transfer, cash or cheque.

5. Approximately 1-2 weeks prior your order completion we will touch base to finalize colour and any further details and date of completion.

6. The week of your order completion we will touch base to arrange pickup time or delivery.
***Please note we do contract out all our deliveries to a local company in Calgary which is an additional charge.
